My opinion/Conclusion

Hello Readers,
This will be my final and conclusive posts and I appreciate you all for taking your time to keep up with my blog and read my posts that I provide you with and the information to make you have more options in giving presentations. So for my final post I would like to share my opinion on the different types of presentations. I would like to start off by saying that i do enjoy the presence of each one but the video presentations are my favorite ones because they provide both the visual and word knowledge that a person would need and it keeps things interesting so you won't have to picture what the person is talking to you about. My least favorite type of presentation is the paper handout and my reason for this is because it's just a lot of information at ounces and it gets kind of boring reaching a bunch of information when I just like stuff easy and quick to understand to get on with the presentation. This concludes my blog on excellent presentations and I hope I gave you all the right information that you will need to decide on the exact presentation that you will need to use in the future.

Paper handouts

Hello Readers,
This will be one of my final posts on excellent presentations and the final one I will be blogging about. The final type of presentation I would like to talk to you about is a paper handout. When using a paper handout they are extremely useful when you have a big audience and trying to give lots of information to everyone o by doing a paper handout it allows everyone to follow with you when you're presenting. A good tip to do while doing a handout is do leave space on the side so people can make side notes on what is imporatnt in the presentation.

Video (DVD or VHS)

Hello Readers,
In this post it's one of my favorite kind of presentation because of the visual aspect of it. This allows you to show your audience a different kind of visual information. By doing this it brings in the movement side of a presentation and lets you capture sound and pictures into the presentation. When doing this make sure the video is goes towards the presentation and make sure it's not long because people will be bored and tired of the presentation so make it short and sweet just the way people like it.

White or black board

Hello Readers,
I would like to talk to you about a presentation that I'm sure almost everyone has been introduced by during the school years. This is called the White or black board presentation. They are useful to explain sequence of an idea, routine more toward the sciences. This is good to explain a complex terminology or any descriptive
of an experiment. By doing this it allows you to write out each stage on the board and when doing this you can either write key point right when you need them and change them whenever you want with a quick and easy erase but that can also be a downfall of this presentation as people might wonder and get confused why you are changing the information. When doing this presentation you should make sure that everyone has written everything down before you erase.

Overhead projector slides

Hello Readers,
In my first type of excellent presentations I would like to talk to you about is the overhead projector slide. A brief description of a what overhead projectors can benefit you with in a presentations is they are a device that can increase the size of you slide on either a wall or a screen and this can be done without dimming the lights also. This type of presentation is mostly found in lectures or in seminar rooms. The most efficient way of use for the overhead is by making pre-prepared slides with words or images which can be written/drawn on either paper or a computer. By doing this it allows you to highlight important key points when presenting. A few tips to this will be make sure the slides are large enough to be read from everyone and make sure to use 18 point when doing it on a computer.
